If you've previously indicated "Ready For Visitation" or "We Are Not 100% Ready, But Happy For Review" and need to adjust the Visitation Compliance module, you can simply select "Edit Visitation Status" to revert back to an "In Progress" status.

Why are my document dates all expired or expiring?

This suggests that your documents may be due for renewal. All dates on documents uploaded within Visitation Compliance should align with their expiration dates. When notified of an expiring document, it's essential to update or renew it promptly.

This feature aids in identifying documents expiring before your scheduled Visitation with the Archdeacon.

Is it possible to save progress and return to questions later?

Absolutely. By ensuring you press the individual save button per question or the "Save All" button at the bottom of the page, your answers will be securely stored. You can revisit and continue answering questions at your convenience.

Can multiple parish users contribute to answering questions?

Yes, indeed. Any progress or modifications made will be reflected in the Church's account and accessible to all authorized users. We've ensured that answering Visitation Compliance questions can be a collaborative effort, allowing multiple users to edit and contribute as needed.
