Is VAT included in these prices?
Yes. All prices shown on this page include VAT at the current UK standard rate of 20%. Where a setup fee applies, that figure is VAT inclusive too.
What if our benefice has more than one church?
It depends on the module. The Managed Parish Website is priced per website, not per church, so a benefice sharing one site pays a single price no matter how many churches it represents. Role Compliance and Digital Repository are priced per church, since each church keeps its own officers, roles and records to track, even where the website is shared.
What does the setup fee cover?
It covers either migrating your existing website's content across, at £95, waived if you choose annual billing, or populating a brand new site with your parish's pages and content, at £800 fixed per website. Which one applies depends on whether you're switching from an existing site or starting fresh.
Can we add modules later?
